Take 1 package frozen fish fillets cut into serving pieces. Place in a greased shallow baking dish and sprinkle with paprika and lemon juice.

Make a white sauce of :

2 tbsp. flour, 1tsp.dry mustard, salt&pepper, 1c. milk.
