Hunting Tips
Practice like it's the actual hunt.

Shooting your bow........

Most of us are used to practicing in 60 weather, wearing a short sleeve shirt, under ideal conditions.  Make it a point to get out in adverse weather conditions, with the EXACT clothing you are going to be wearing in the tree stand.  Look and listen for the noises your jacket makes while drawing and while releasing.  We all want to be shooting that 70 lb bow, but folks, when you've been sitting in a tree stand for 3 + hours in 28 degree weather, it's a whole different story, even breaking over your bow.  I like to watch the outdoor shows and focus in on the effort required to pull back their bow in actual hunting conditions.  You'll be surprised at the effort it takes for even the pro's to perform.
