Thirty-tthree (33) teams showed up for the second Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament out of P#2 with perfect weather and fishing conditions. There were fourteen, five fish limits brought to the sales weighing from 12 to 17 pounds. Three of the bass were five pounds or better one of which topped the scales at 7.34 pounds caught by the team of Bill Ruprecht and Mike Ruck. There were also ten bass weighing 4 pounds.
Some anglers said they had no keepers and others said they had one or two keepers before dark, but once it got dark the bite seemed to pick up. There was no specific bait that worked the best. Most of the anglers reported catching their keepers on various baits anywhere from 1 to 15 feet.
