The promotion
applies to eligible, new Yamaha 2.5 to 40 hp four-stroke outboards and is
offered on the Yamaha Card Program through Yamaha Factory Financing,
specifically for outboards purchased for the purpose of repowering a used
boat.

Consumer benefit model eligibility is new (unused, not previously warranty
registered) Yamaha 2.5 to 40hp four stroke outboards only. To be eligible,
outboards must have been manufactured since April 2005, invoiced and delivered
directly to dealer by Yamaha, and sold by an authorized participating Yamaha
Full Line outboard dealer in the USA to a purchasing consumer who resides in the
USA. Outboards sold or provided for commercial, camp, resort, rental,
promotional/demo, government agency, competition, tournament or sponsorship use
