Just Fishing Guides generation has been fairly continuous with flows 4,000-5,000 cfs. The water is clear and high. Midge and sow bug patterns have been good for fly-fishing. Zebra midges in gray/silver and black/silver are working, along with Ray Charles Sowbugs. Small streamers in olive are working also. Woolly Buggers and Pine Squirrel Zonkers have been the best bets. With the high flows, try a heavier rod and big streamers.
